Small one, but we're now queuing the reviews. One review posted an hour until the queue is empty, starting at 1600 hours. At least if things work right, right now the queue is claiming 1600 and then 0800 for some reason. We'll be working on it, but this also means that announcements to authors will be when we have time to get a link, because until it's posted, there's no link to share.
...And 5% of it reading other stories. So it feels good when I finally finish a 184k-word story that has sat in one of my phone's background tabs for over two years.
I have a large number of stories which are on my favorites and recommended stories lists but which I have never done a real review for. I thought I might start correcting that. Consequently, every story in this post is either recommended or highly recommended. I would say that I hope you enjoy them, but I know you will.
Sometimes, folks write stories which twist or reframe the basic premises of the series. Maybe they alter the relationships between the characters, or maybe they show us a different slant on things, a different way the world could have been with the same ponies – a world which adheres closely to the world we know, but which changes one thing and goes off in a different direction.

The Bridge: Phoenix Night is a One-shot story that is based around our favorite Kaiju Rodan who runs into a pony named Phoenix Flamez who has recently moved back to her hometown Appleloosa and let's just say that this story involves dancing in it.
I've been meaning to work on my understanding of literary basics. And to this intent, I wanted to try to write a Story review. And the story I want to review is Molten Gold on a Spring Evening by coleisfantastic.
Before I proceed, let me warn anyone reading this blog post: this review will have spoilers.
Summary
Good day friends, acquaintances, and otherwise confused strangers. Today is going to be the start of something special and with a bit of luck, entertaining. I mean that for you all, of course. Not me, because in my ever-developing quest to hate myself, I’ve realized that I’m not reading as much as I used to. It seems nowadays the only way I’ll read something is if it’s thrust into my arms, which is a habit I wish to break. So I’ve decided I need to read more and play World Of Tanks less, and
Welp. Falling behind certainly isn’t fun.
Apologies for taking so long to get this one out here; I’m not too pleased with myself on that. But hey, work’s a bastard and being lazy doesn’t exactly help either. Ponies be on the mind though and I’m working on something, so maybe that’ll see the light of day before the month’s over with. Something something dictionary.

So this thing’s still going on. How about that? For those unaware just walking in, don’t leave yet! This is a thing where I attack my ever-expanding Read It Later list and because I hate myself, provide reviews for them and the plan is to do this every Monday. So if you’re looking for a good story, keep reading because you just might find one. I hope. As always, feedback is greatly appreciated.

It’s totally Monday today and I didn’t at all forget to post this yesterday. Okay? Good.
So another week came and went, and I’m still doing this. I may not be the most frequent person when it comes to reviewing stories, and I may not have the most to say either, but I appreciate all the feedback I’ve heard. Work and general laziness aside, I don’t see
Okay… Railways. Not something I’ll admit to knowing a lot about really. I admit, that’s irony considering my dad worked for CSX for over twenty years, probably longer than that. But my knowledge of railways is… limited. I’m not a train otaku, let’s just put it that way. However, one thing I did get from this story, right off the back is EM2 is one. I don’t say that to be rude by any means, but I do get that vibe almost at once by looking at the story, even the cover art.
